Rockaway Rehearsal Room
Rockaway Rehearsal Room is a free monthly gathering for actors, playwrights, & directors to come together & practice their craft.
Part rehearsal lab and part creative hangout, the room is a space to experiment with scenes, monologues, directing exercises, new writing, audition material, and works in progress. Whether you’re bringing pages, trying out ideas, or just looking to get back in the room with other artists, all experience levels are welcome.
The goal: to create an accessible, community-driven space where people can collaborate, practice, and keep making work together! It's kind of like a creative gym, if that doesn't sound gross to say.
WHERE: The Jupiter Club, 69-62 Almeda Ave, Arverne, NY 11692
